I offer compassionate, confidential therapy, via Telehealth, to support you through life’s challenges. My approach is collaborative, meeting you where you are and tailoring care to your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll explore strategies for coping, growth, and building resilience, all in a safe and nonjudgmental space. I believe in empowering clients to better understand themselves and create meaningful change in their lives. Whether you’re facing stress, anxiety, transitions, or just seeking clarity, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way!

  • I am licensed in the state of Idaho, so wherever you are in Idaho, we can do Telehealth sessions!

  • I offer individual therapy for adults seeking a supportive and nonjudgmental space to explore their experiences and work toward meaningful change. I have experience working with diverse mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, mood dysregulation, and borderline personality disorder. I also have experience in substance use and addiction. My therapeutic approach is grounded in person-center framework, where clients are viewed as the experts of their own experiences while also drawing from CBT, DBT, and ACT.

    I am in the process of being EMDR certified so those options will be available soon!

  • I am currently in the process of being credentialed by multiple insurances so for the time being I am only accepting private pay. Feel free to message me and we can negotiate a reasonable pay until I am able to take insurance!

About Me !

Hi! My name is Carsyn Boswell and I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC). I got my masters from Wayne State College in clinical mental health counseling in 2025. I am super excited to get to meet each and every one of you and help you in your journey. In my free time, I enjoy taking my dog, Jake, for walks. Jake is a big part of my life and loves attention so he may occasionally make appearances from time to time during our sessions!
